  • 2 c. rice
  • 1/2 c. salsa (recipe below)
  • 2 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
  • salt to taste
  • 3 c. water

    Cook on high until boiling.

    Lower heat and cook on low 20 minutes or until water is reduced.
