- 34 white rice
- 12 lb bacon
- bacon fat
- 12 cup green bell pepper
- 2 onions, chopped
- 28 ounces hunts whole tomatoes
- water
- paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Take bacon out of pan and put aside.

3Fry onions in bacon fat.

4Take onions out of pan leaving as much fat in pan as possible.

5brown rice in bacon fat.

6Add 3 cups of water to browned rice and bring to boil.

7Boil 6 minutes or until rice is slightly tender.

8Rice will finish cooking in oven.

9Drain rice.

10Add tomatoes (breakup with hands), bacon (broken into pieces), onion and green peper to rice.

11Add enough paprika to change color of rice or desired amount.

12Add salt and pepper to taste.

13Combine all ingredients well and place in oven at 375 for 45 minutes.
