- 2 (6 oz) can tuna chunks in spring water, drained, flaked
- 2 oz baby arugula
- 1.5 oz pitted black olives, cut in 1/2
- 2 None lemon wedges, to serve
Directions

1Place rice in a medium serving bowl. Add tuna, arugula and olives. Toss to combine. Serve with lemon wedges.
