  • 9 oz tomato and herb steamed basmati rice, prepared
  • 2 (6 oz) can tuna chunks in spring water, drained, flaked
  • 2 oz baby arugula
  • 1.5 oz pitted black olives, cut in 1/2
  • 2 None lemon wedges, to serve

Directions

    Place rice in a medium serving bowl. Add tuna, arugula and olives. Toss to combine. Serve with lemon wedges.
