  • 1-1/2 cups boiling white grape juice or water
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 cups cold club soda or seltzer
  • 1 cup halved green grapes
  • 1 cup halved red grapes

Directions

    Stir boiling juice into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

    Stir in cold club soda.

    Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

    Stir in grapes.

    Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray; cover.

    Refrigerate 4 hour or until firm.

    Unmold.

    Garnish with additional grapes, if desired.

    Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
