- 1 c. grits (regular, not quick)
- 4 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 tubes garlic cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- corn flake crumbs
- butter
Directions

1Cook grits, boiling water and salt until they are done (about 5 minutes and not watery).

2Remove from heat and add margarine and cheese.

3Beat eggs in 8 ounce measuring cup and fill cup to the top with milk.

4Add this to grits mixture.

5Add sugar to mixture. Cover with corn flake crumbs; dot with butter and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Let set 5 to 6 minutes before serving.

7Makes 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
