  • 1 box (18.25 ozs) Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 ox (3.4 oz.) Jello instant Lemon pudding
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • cinnamon sugar mixture to taste

Directions

    In bowl, blend together first 5 ingredients on low speed; then beat on high for 5 minutes.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until brown.

    Melt margarine and drizzle over hot cake.

    Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
