  • 8 lbs boneless beef brisket (i use rump, sirloin, tip)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons allspice
  • 5 tablespoons salt (coarse salt is better)
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 cloves garlic

Directions

    Make slits in meat and insert garlic.

    Rub mixture all over meat.

    Wrap in foil, and place in bottom of fridge for 5 days.

    (Turn each day.)

    Cook 325 for 3 hours.

    Slice thin.
