- 1 1/2 c. whole nuts
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 egg white
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Add cold water to slightly beaten egg white. Using fork, dip each nut in egg mixture. Sift all dry ingredients together and roll nuts in a portion of this mixture until well coated. Put half remaining mixture in shallow pan.

2Place nuts well apart and cover with remaining mixture.

3Bake at 250° for 2 hours.

4Shake off excess spice mixture.
