  • 2 (29 oz.) cans cling peaches
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cider vinegar

    Drain peaches, reserving syrup.

    Combine syrup, vinegar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a saucepan.

    Bring mixture to a boil and lower heat.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Pour this hot mixture over peach halves and let cool.

    Chill thoroughly before serving. Store in refrigerator.
