  • 1 lb. pecans (whole)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Whip the egg white and water until frothy, not stiff.

    Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Pour over nuts. Fold into egg white and water.

    Spread in a single layer onto cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
