- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Whip the egg white and water until frothy, not stiff.

2Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.

3Pour over nuts. Fold into egg white and water.

4Spread in a single layer onto cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
