  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white; add water until frothy.

    Add pecans and mix until all nuts are covered with egg white.

    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.

    Add nuts and cook.

    Place on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 250° for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Cool.
