- 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. water
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Roll nuts in this mixture until coated.

3Put sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix well.

4Take the nuts from the egg mixture and roll in sugar mixture.

5Place on a buttered pan and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often.
