- 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Arrange first 4 ingredients in layers in an ungreased 3-quart baking dish; set aside.

2Pour applesauce in a small saucepan; cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

3Stir in sherry, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over fruit.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
