- 1/2 cup popping corn
- 2 scoops cheese roquette
- 100 grams sprouts your choice
- 1 grapefruit
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- olive oil for seasoning
- spices
- pepper
- butter oil
Directions

1Heat butter (or vegetable oil) at the bottom of a wok. Once hot, add the corn kernels.

2Cover and shake the wok to coat the popcorn well.

3Once popped, mix popcorn until coated with butter and spices.

4Place a scoop of roquette cheese on each plate, assemble the shoots and grapefruit.

5Place the spicy opcorn on top, and arrange the blueberries.

6Drizzle with little olive oil.
