  • 1/2 cup popping corn
  • 2 scoops cheese roquette
  • 100 grams sprouts your choice
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • olive oil for seasoning
  • spices
  • pepper
  • butter oil

Directions

    Heat butter (or vegetable oil) at the bottom of a wok. Once hot, add the corn kernels.

    Cover and shake the wok to coat the popcorn well.

    Once popped, mix popcorn until coated with butter and spices.

    Place a scoop of roquette cheese on each plate, assemble the shoots and grapefruit.

    Place the spicy opcorn on top, and arrange the blueberries.

    Drizzle with little olive oil.
