Spicy butter garlic shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled tail-off(thawed)
  • 2 stick butter or margarine
  • 4 medium jalapeno
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 6 fresh basil leaves minced
  • 3 tbsp fire chili oil ( season to taste)

Directions

    Melt butter in deep fry pan( dont use non-stick pans) to near simmer.

    Add garlic, basil, and jalapeno
  3. 3
    Bring butter to light simmer and add shrimp.
  4. 4
    Heat to heavy simmer for 20 min.
  5. 5
    (Becareful not to burn butter)

    Remove from heat and let cool for 10min.

    Drizzle shrimp and butter over pasta mixture of choice.

    (great ontop of baked potatos)

    Optional: dried red chili pepers, onions, subsitute shrimp for scallops, lobster or crab.
