- 1 12 lbs monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 14 cup flour
- 2 12 cups heavy cream
- 1 -2 jalapeno, minced
- 12 cup sour cream
Directions

1Toss cheese and flour until cheese is coated with flour.

2Heat cream in a double boiler over medium heat.

3When cream begins to simmer ad 1/2c cheese.

4Stir to incorporate.

5When melted add another 12/2 c cheese and stir until melted repeat until all cheese is melted.

6Stir in jalapenos and sour cream.

7Keep dip warm over low heat, but don't allow to boil.
