- 14 teaspoon mustard seeds (black)
- 5 curry leaves
- 12 teaspoon cumin seed
- coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- 4 -6 tablespoons achar (except lime achar)
Directions

1Pressure cook the toor dal.

2Mash well.

3Heat 2 tbsp of oil.

4Once done, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.

5Next, add the finely chopped onion and dal.

6Then, add the achar paste.

7Stir.

8Garnish with corriander leaves.

9Serve hot with rice or rotis.
