- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cut the leaves off the stalks of kale.

4Spread on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup).

5Toss kale in oil, salt and pepper, and chili pepper to evenly coat.
