  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Cut the leaves off the stalks of kale.

    Cut pieces in half.

    Spread on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup).

    Toss kale in oil, salt and pepper, and chili pepper to evenly coat.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until kale chips are dried and crispy.
