- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cooked pasta (use 3 different kinds pasta)
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, celery and garlic in a 12-inch skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain.

2Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

3Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

4Stir in pasta; heat through.

5Serve with Parmesan cheese.
