  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. cooked pasta (use 3 different kinds pasta)
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, celery and garlic in a 12-inch skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain.

    Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

    Stir in pasta; heat through.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
