- 1 egg white
- 1 T. water
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Dash of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
- 2 c. pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°. Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water until frothy. Melt butter in a baking pan in the oven; stir frequently.

2In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

3Put pecans in egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar and spices; coat well.

4Place on melted butter in baking pan and bake at 250° 15-20 minutes or until done.
