- 1 large cucumber
- 2 cup water
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tsp whole pepper corns
- bunch fresh dill
- 1 tbsp pickling spice
Directions

1In a pot, bring water, white vinegar, and salt to a boil.

2In a clean jar, add chopped garlic, dill, pepper corns, picking spice, and red pepper flakes.

3Next add in sliced cucumbers or spears.

4Pour water, vinegar, and salt mixture into jar.

5Don't fill all the way.

6Leave a 1/4in at the top.

7Make sure all air bubbles are gone and put on lid.

8Let cool then place in fridge for 5-7 days.
