- 4 cups cooked rice (your choice)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 diced garlic cloves
- 12 habanero pepper, diced (or serrano)
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt
Directions

1Dice onion, and garlic.

2Dice 1/2 pepper into tiny pieces, wear gloves.

3Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok.

4Add chopped onion,garlic and habanero to the oil, fry until onions are opaque and soft.

5Add garlic powder and onion powder to the oil and mix.

6Add cooked rice cup by cup.

7Fry rice and onion mixture until rice is hot, salt to taste,serve.
