- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Coat shrimp lightly with flour.

2Melt margarine in large skillet on medium heat.

3Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning frequently.

4Mix chili sauce, parsley, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.

5Pour over shrimp; bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
