  • 16 ounces chicken breasts, boneless and flattened slightly
  • 14 cup orange juice, low calorie
  • 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 14 cup mandarin orange, canned with juice removed and chopped
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper

    Coat a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and bring to medium high heat.

    Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan.

    Reduce heat to medium low and add all remaining ingredients.
