  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained

Directions

    Add lemon juice to crab meat. Mix 1 cup cheese with onion, tomato paste, sour cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and sherry. Pour over crab meat. Add spinach; mix well and turn into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
