  • 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried

Directions

    In a large frying pan, fry bacon.

    Place bacon on paper towel and pat off excess grease. Remove remaining grease from frying pan.

    Crumble bacon and return to frying pan.
