Spinach-Artichoke Dip

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese - divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach chopped and squeezed dry
  • pita triangles
  • 1 package tortilla chips

Directions

    Combine mozzarella, sour cream, parmesan cheese and the next 6 ingredients in a large bowl stirring until well-blended.

    Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

    Serve with the triangles and chips.
