- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 4 eggs
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
Directions

1Cream oleo; add Romano cheese, onion, sharp cheese and stuffing.

2Mix well.

3Add eggs. Squeeze spinach dry and chop some more.

4Mix the spinach and oleo mixture together.

5Roll into 1-inch balls.

6Freeze until ready to use or use immediately.

7Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
