  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1/2 c. Romano cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach

Directions

    Cream oleo; add Romano cheese, onion, sharp cheese and stuffing.

    Mix well.

    Add eggs. Squeeze spinach dry and chop some more.

    Mix the spinach and oleo mixture together.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Freeze until ready to use or use immediately.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
