Spinach Balls

- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 box Stove Top herbs and spices stuffing (inc. seasoning pkg.)
- 1 c. parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach, pressing out as much liquid as possible.

2Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

3Mix well.

4Roll into balls.

5Place in container with wax paper between layers. Freeze.

6When ready to use, place frozen balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
