- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1 (5 oz.) Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Thaw spinach; squeeze dry in a large bowl.

2Crush the stuffing mix with the cheese.

3Melt the butter and finely chop the onions.

4Combine all ingredients and mix well.

5Shape into 1-inch balls.

6Cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.

7Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
