  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb bread crumbs
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Form into bite-size balls.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Can be frozen and re-warmed at 350°.

    Serve on tray or chafing dish. Yields 100 balls.
