Spinach Balls

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Thaw and drain spinach very well.

    Mix all ingredients and make into small balls.

    Use a tablespoon to make balls.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.

    Can be frozen and reheated.
