  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 grated onion
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing, crushed

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Mix all ingredients and shape in balls.

    Bake at 375° for 5 to 11 minutes.

    Use a greased pan.

    Be careful not to brown on bottom.
