  • 4 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 4 c. stuffing mix
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain very well.

    Mix all ingredients and form small bite size balls.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
