  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 8 oz. can Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 c. soft butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil spinach and drain.

    Beat eggs and mix.

    Make balls, 60 to 75 balls.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes on cookie sheet (good appetizer).
