  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, beat with whip
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted

    Mix all ingredients.

    Form into balls.

    Put into a covered container.

    Freeze.

    When ready to use, bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
