Spinach Balls(Appetizer)

  • 2 boxes chopped spinach
  • 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black or white pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach, then squeeze dry and cool. Add stuffing mix, onion, eggs, butter, cheese and seasoning.

    Mix all together. Refrigerate several hours.

    Mold into small balls.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Turn if bottom is getting too brown. Can be frozen.
