- 4 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain well. In a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish, mix spinach, sour cream and onion soup mix.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Remove.

5Crumble onion rings and sprinkle over top.

6Bake again for 5 to 10 minutes.
