Spinach Casserole

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed or 1 large can (15 oz.) spinach, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing, crushed crackers or bread crumbs

Directions

    Place spinach in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.

    Combine onion, cheese and soup and mix well.

    Spread over spinach. Sprinkle topping of stuffing, crackers or bread crumbs over mixture and dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
