- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter.

2Mix remaining ingredients and fold in spinach and onion, including butter.

3Bake in covered casserole at 350° about 30 minutes.
