  • 2 pounds Ricotta
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill, Minced
  • 2 dashes Sea Salt
  • 2 dashes Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 pounds Feta Cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Mix the spinach well with ricotta, eggs, dill, salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour it in a baking dish.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and spread them with the cut surface on top on the spinach mixture.

    Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

    Bake for 1 hour.
