Spinach Cheese Bake

  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. American cheese, cubed or shredded

Directions

    Thaw and drain spinach.

    Combine flour, eggs, cream cheese, American cheese, onions, and salt.

    Add spinach and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 casserole.

    Sprinkle topping over mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown on top.
