Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) hominy, undrained
  • 3 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion and green chilies on medium-high heat in a large Dutch oven pan.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
