  • 1 loaf Hawaiian bread or Sheepherder's bread
  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix soup mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and chestnuts.

    Drain spinach until all liquid is gone.

    Mix in spinach.

    Slice top off bread, pull out remaining bread from inside to form a bowl.

    Put dip into bread right before serving.

    Cut bread you pulled out from the inside into cubes and arrange around the bread bowl to be used as dippers.
