  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • sour cream (for topping)

Directions

    Chop or puree spinach.

    Top with sour cream just before serving.
