- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 round sourdough bread
Directions

1In medium bowl, blend soup mix with sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

2Stir in spinach and water chestnuts; chill.

3Cut top off bread; set aside. Hollow out the center of the bread; cut into cubes and reserve for dipping.

4The bread cubes may be toasted by baking for 5 to 10 minutes in a 350° oven.

5Spoon the dip into the hollowed out bread.
