Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. quick cooking, rolled oats
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 c. or more thinly sliced apples, peeled
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions

    Stir together first 5 ingredients with melted butter until crumbly; set aside.

    Place 2 cups or more apples in bottom of 9-inch pie pan.

    Sprinkle with half crumb mixture; repeat.

    Drizzle orange juice over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.

    Serve warm or cold.
