- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr's leek soup mix
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 bunch green onions (tops only)
- 1 round loaf French or sour dough bread
Directions

1Boil frozen, chopped spinach and drain water.

2Squeeze excess water out of spinach after cooled.

3Combine leek soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and green onion tops.

4Add cooled spinach to mixture and refrigerate.

5Cut top of round loaf of bread and hollow out, making a bread bowl.

6Cut up pieces of bread for dipping.

7When ready to serve, place dip mixture in bread bowl and serve.
