Spinach Dip

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 tsp. bon appetit or Beau Monde
  • 1 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. minced onion

Directions

    Drain and thaw spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together; refrigerate overnight.

    This is very good served in round bread (ordered from grocery store), hollowed out.

    Cube bread taken out of middle and put around outside of round bread with spinach dip in it.
