- 1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 dash hot sauce
Directions

1Spinach can be cooked or use raw; drain thoroughly.

2Squeeze all water out of spinach and refrigerate.

3Mix all ingredients. Keeps well for several days.
